Default doing a k24/k20a swap, paint the bay flat black?

cars going to be stock (looking)

with:
-99 ex wheels (stock hubcaps)
-painted cf hood
-limo tint to hide the fact that there is no interior (and nitrous bottles )
-exhuast with a magnaflow muffler painted black

im shaving the bay as of now and mocking up the hybrid mounts..............should i keep the bay white or go with black? black is easier to keep clean looking while white gets dirty fast so idk

i dont see what a k swap has to do with your question....

but if ur shaving the bay.. and the car is white.. u would usually want to show off the work that u put into it. black will hide that. white will show off everything.

on the flip side, black will be easier to keep clean.. so to speak..

i'd say keep it white. (if the rest of the car is white that is.)

Ummm you think black is easyer to keep clean than white? especially flat black? sorry dont think so lol

Take it from some one who has had both multiple times white is waaaaaay easyer to keep clean than black. Especially shitty looking flat black that soaks up oil, fingerprints etc.

well i wanted the k24 as a show off pieace for the bay, the mounts are aluminum etc, i wont pop the hood for anybody unless its a show so i dont really care if its inconsipcous even if the bay is exposed i want it so seem stock and then have like a wow factor once i show off the money it has into it

if your building a car for a show, paint the bay. a black bay on a non-black car is shitty imo.

i'd keep the bay the same color as the car. if not, get crazy and do a different color. but its your car, do what you like.
