edit- looks like it may attach to the roof somehow.. maybe...

 

I believe it's attached right behind the maplights on the roof, almost obstructing the view from the rearview mirror.

goes up by the rear view mirror and front domelight/maplight. doesn't work with sunroofs or the front domelight/maplight.
there is a smaller one also that will work with a sunroof, but not with front domelight/maplight. pretty sure the smaller one is positioned where the front domelight/maplight would be, used for sunglasses basically...

 

what does it do?

 

you can have your insurance papers or whatever in one of the pockets, while the other one holds sunglasses.

i really think its something from transformers... just not sure what it transforms into yet... probably here to take over the world.

i've seen one in a 97 ITR

its just a storage compartment on the headliner if you have an armrest delete and dont feel like reaching over to the glove box

about as complex as honda luxury gets

 

One of my buddy had it on his civic. Pretty annoying if you ask me. Its a eye sore.
