Maybe one of you can confirm my suspicions. I've had a bad clicking for quite some time. Replaced the axles with no luck so I figured it was the wheel bearing. Well now the clicking is gone (magicly
) but has been replaced by alot of rotating road noise, similar to the noise a large trucks tires make. Wheel bearing?

yeah......sometimes that will happen when you install new axels. The clicky click goes away but then within a couple hundred miles or so you encounter a wheel bearing issue.
pretty easy fix, given you have a press to use.
jdm-dc4 fanatic just did a write up for a rotor over hub conversion too. easy to follow along with and it will fix your problem

Okay, replaced the wheel bearing. The loud roaring is now gone but the clicking is still there. The axle has maybe 1000 miles on it so thats not it. What else should I be looking for? A few of the rubber boots (tie rod, etc) are a bit torn but will this cause the clicking?
maybe rotors and brake pads?
replace the cv joints that have the ripped boots. That can be a cause of the click. Best bet is to replace the axel.
at least you fixed the wheel bearing, that can be unsafe.
