Default Does throttle position have any effect on ignition maps...

Does throttle position have any effect on stock ECU ignition maps, or does it just go off of RPM and MAP sensors for timing?

The reason I want to know:
If I'm at 10psi at half throttle (high cam) vs 10psi at WOT, would I still be running the same total timing? I'm still pulling the same amount of timing there.
