95 civic with JDM Fenders

I saw so JDM fenders for my 95 civic will they work with the USDM stock front bumber and head lights or would I need JDM ones.

Nah, you're good to go. All they really are are 92-95 fenders with the hole pre-cut for the sidemarker. All I did was cut my existing fenders to save some money.
