FS: 2001 Phoenix Yellow Integra Type R :::Chicago-ish:::
2001 Integra Type R
SOLD!
133K on the clock
I've recently taken care of the timing belt and water pump maintenance. The distributor cap and rotor are new, as well as the plugs and plug wires. Oil changes are performed every 2,500 - 3,000 miles with mobil 1 super syn. Brand new transmission installed at 100k miles. The windshield was replaced a couple months ago after it was chipped by a rock. I had a carbon fiber hood, and some kids ripped it off around homecoming time, so the hood is newer, and the front end was resprayed. The brake pads, calipers and rotors have all been replaced on the front, and the rear pads are newer as well. I have new rear rotors in the box, but have not installed them. Cobalt GT Sports on all four corners. The front pads are made of the new compound.
Unfortunately, a groundhog decided to run out in front of me, and the lip is now cracked. Hopefully it wasn't Phil.
The interior is in pretty good shape. Compared to other Rs with this many miles, I'd say my seats are in great shape. The CD player is not the greatest, but the car didn't come with one, and sound wasn't really important to me. I've installed OEM Lexus HIDs. It's rolling on 15" flat black slipstreams wrapped in 205/50 falken ZE912s with about 10k on them. The exhaust is composed of a 4-1 DC sports ceramic header, and OEM cat and an Apexi N1 catback. Under the hood you'll find an AEM cold air intake, and skunk2 cam gears. The valve cover is pretty dirty, due to some oil seepage, but that's been taken care of.
Inside the cabin I've got a Greddy Trust shift **** perched atop a skunk2 short shifter. An apexi VAFC2 is mounted above the CD player. I'd say that about covers it. The car is in really decent shape for having 133k on it. Like any R, it burns a little oil. Also, at some point the rear bumper was repainted, and the shop sprayed it with a clear coat. The clear is peeling off in two vertical strips. Some dedication and a clay bar could take care of that. Also, I've got some rad honda-tech stickers on the back windows, and those are good for picking up chicks and increasing horsepower.
I'm looking to get $10,000 for this car. I'm also in the market for an unmodified EK hatch with air conditioning and a manual transmission. I'm in the midwest, and can meet you to check out the car if it's a reasonable distance. Thanks for your interest.

I'll put up some more pics when I get them uploaded.

) Has a N9 sticker in the rear window i believe.
Bump for a clean ride.
