Default How do I Remove Rear Lower Control Arm

So my car, a 95 accord sedan, got hit in the back end, but it was not too bad, the trailing arm was bent pretty bad and the Rear Lower Control arm, the from most one of the 2, is bent as well.
so instead of having a mechanic kill me in labor i figured i would repair that myself. I have replaced the Trailing arm without a problem, but the control arm im having issues with, i have the front, very long, bolt out and the control arm free from the knuckle but where the control arm meets the frame im having issues with the bolt there. is there a special way of getting that bold out or is it just frozen inside the bushing.

any help would be appreciated

Thanks
