Just wondering if anyone has swapped their ap1 2.0 for an 2.2. And does anyone have any thoughts on that? Like has anyone had any problems with the swap?

It's not practical.
I don't know anyone in their right mind, that would swap out a perfectly good f20 for an f22 or vice-versa.

Just wondering because I might be able to get a good deal on a 2.2 and the 2.2's have a little more torque for a turbo or supercharger I'm thinking the 2.2 would be better suited to handle the boost.

Statistically speaking, yes it would benifit more. Would it be significant enough to swap out your f20 for?...... No.
If you have a to die for deal on a f22 then ...... buy it .... buld it.... then maybe swap it in or keep it around.
otherwise the motor you have now suits you just well for a turbo or a super charger.
Put the money toward an upgraded Differential...either motor you chose or how ever you boost you diff is still weak.
