Ok I have a 91 ls it will crank(turn you know the rehh rehh rehh ) but not start I wanted to know witch also might be a stupid question but how can I check to see if there is fuel going to the fuel rail and if the plugs are getting a spark.....

 

check for spark first. pull out the spark plugs and touch them to the engine with the ignition wire attached. to check for fuel just disconnect the fuel line from the fuel filter and turn the car to on.
