looking for cams and i was wondering how the Blox b's compition series cams were vs. the S2S2?

 

S2's make pretty good power. I'm putting these in my head at the end of the year!

But this is a biased opinion haha.

 

It's the same cam.
S2S2=BloxB.

 

so if its the same cam then what is up with all of the hype with S2S2's? When the Blox are cheeper

blox is an immitation of skunk 2, so they are almost thh same cam. same primaries and secondaries. i think the mid lobe's are a little beefier on the sk2's...correct me if im wrong

When the Blox are cheeper</TD></TR></TABLE> Skunk Stg 2's are 10 years old, you may be confusing them with Pro2's that are fairly new and make better numbers than the old cams.

 

s2=12.3mm lift intake blox=12.6mm lift intake and both durations are 26X can't remember the exact number off the top of my head

I'm by no means a pro tuner or anything but Blox's site has diff. #'s for their B cams than Skunk has on their site for their stage 2's. Is it possible that they're just slightly different? So they wont get sued or something?Please be gentle if this is a retarded comment.

P.S. I'm horrible at math too! So if they are the same mathmatically sorry! LOL!

 

 

bascially same cam, but blox b's do have a tad more lift.
