Keep or sell the integra sedan?
I recently bought a stock 98 integra LS sedan for $5,000. It has 121k miles and a clean title. It took me a long time to find a nice integra sedan that is not salvaged. A white one with gray interior. Some guy wants to buy it from me for $5300.
I'm thinking of getting rid of it and goin back to my roots of a 92 integra. I have one on hold for $1500 in the middle of July with 120K miles. I put on at least 500 miles a week, so I don't know if I will ever get back $5,000 ever again if I decide to sell it at a later time. Let me know what you guys think.
98 integra LS sedan
pros

- newer chasis
- no air coming through the windows
- fun
- updated front and rear bumpers
cons
-theft magnet in the bay area
- dings and scratches on the front and back bumper
92 integra LS
pros
- cheap and reliable
- fun
-old school boxy style
- don't have to worry about theft as much
cons
- old and creaky chasis
- air coming through windows
- dings and scratches
- tan interior

theft is one thing i'd dread to deal with constantly if i were to live in CA again... so i'd sell it and get something else. you're getting a lot at $5300!however, i'm a big DB fan and it'll be a loooong time before you find another WHITE db with non-tan interior with a manual... if that's what it is!
The buyer just offered $5500 now. I still don't know what to do. I'm thinking of getting out of the Honda/Acura scene and just buy a new camry se v6 or a altima coupe.
it all comes down to what you want dude. i drive a 96 db myself and i love it. i like being different with the 4 door. if you think you can gain by selling it then do it. just dont have regrets.
and the room....ahh my legs can breathe....and my friends are comfortable riding with me
