Default Is this my Main Fuel Relay?

Is this my Main PGM-FI Relay?

Also is the Yellow/White wire (the one that runs directly to the battery) the wire I put a switch on to make a Main Relay kill switch?

Does anyone know if the yellow and white striped wire is the ground wire which I use for the relay kill switch?
