Cut the bracket on the top of the fans, separate and bolt it back in. Check pics in my sig link for details. I had to do it with my FAL fans and my Griffin rad.

Yeah the brackets with the FAL totally blow, making your own is a lot better.

You might want to take some rough measurements to make sure it will fit before modifying it.

FYI, I know for a fact that combo will not work with the Toda or Spoon header with a/c. The a/c line that runs between the two fans will rest on the header. I just got 2 Maradyne 10" slim fans and could not be happier... plus they sound ultra cool. (Vote for me ROTY 08)

Not sure if these will be helpful to you:

Koyo is the same size as the Fluidyne I think. The Header is a HiTech

I think my shop had to fab one of the mounts from scratch to make it fit

I love how close these aftermarket fans sit to the header.

How long have you had the above setup?

Considering the stock rad is half the thickness - it's a wonder the FAL fan fits at all.

I've had this setup for almost a year.

The header is ceramic coated to reduce heat - which helps from melting the FAL fan.
