Rear Strut Tower Bar??
Which is the stiffest? best overall?
Spoon bar is about $135, what else is out there?
Also does this involve cutting into the back there or is it a direct drop in and torque to specs??
Thanks

i was wondering the same thing.. glad to see it asked.. hehe..
actually, i was also wondering about swapping in another strut bar.. i just wrecked my 00 Si and the bar survived and looked like it might fit.. wondering if anyone knows if it will.. i know, it's not nearly as good as a spoon or mugen, but would help a bit until i get around to getting a better one.. any idea?

Right now i am running the Cusco bar. It does not involve any cutting and it is a very sturdy piece. I believe there are two kinds of Cusco bar for the rear. One is somewhat dinky and the more expensive one is the one i have. The bar is almost 2 inches in diameter. I think it was about 165
Jeff......look up, not down but up

The post at the top of this page (it's a sticky post, meaning it will stay at the top) is for the Carbing strut tower bars, very nice. The best bars are gonna be solid, no joints. (i.e. Mugen, Benen, Carbing, etc.)

Yeah, where? I will buy like 10...is it brand new?
Let me know if you want a few and I'll see if he'll work out a deal with us buying in large quantities

Get a bar that doesn't have pivot points like the Mugen or Carbing bars. If you really want a bar with pivot points my Cusco front/rear set is for sell ($200) because I will be replacing them with a Carbing Type II front/Type I rear setup.
