I have a 2003 element. Both low beams do NOT work, however, both high beams DO work, all the other lights also work such as the taillights, turn signals, Etc.
Is there a separate fuse that controls the high beams vs the low beams since I find it difficult to believe that both low beam bulbs would go out simultaneously.

looks like you need to check fuse #15 and #17 in the under hood fuse box. If those are good you might just have blown bulbs.
