Default JDM gsr & USDM type r bottom ends the same?

I understand they have the same pistons etc. different heads, but does the bottom end of the jdm gsr come with the pistons top coated from the factory like the usdm type r's? rods lighter? lighter crank?
if they did just stick in type r pistons in the gsr bottom end, did they come top coated ? Searched, found they are the same compression bottom ends but thats all i have found.

they have the same block. the rods, pistons, and crank are P73 (type R) specific. type R piston skirts are molybdenum coated, gsr are not. the type r crank has more counterweights than a gsr crank.
