The radiator fan on my '95 Civic does not turn off when the car is turned off. It seems to run continuously, regarless of the engine temp. The only way to turn it off was to disconnect the battery (I made sure the engine was cool).

Any thoughts on what it could be wrong?

 

Substitute a good fan relay into your car and see if it changes things.
