someone is selling H22a Head, Block, Tranny. Head is complete except dist. block needs to be resleeved. comes with 1AEM CAM Gears. i lowered the price to 650. is it worth it or no? will it cost more money to do a whole rebuild?

reason i asked is because this is my first project, currently running an automantic 98 ek civic coupe. thinking about doing a motor swap and converting into a manual...but first trying to figure out what is needed...and what's not...i'm still a noob but trying my best to learn.
