Problem:
I have a b16a2 w/gsr tranny. It started happening recently, when driving if I push the gas pedal in all the way the car bogs and will slow down to the point where the car would stop completely if I keep holding it in. As soon as I let off even just a centimeter the car picks back up again.

Other signs that may contribute:
1. My intake also makes noise that sounds like a vacuum now. like a "vrrrrrr"
2. My car idles very low when turned on, and when I slow down to stop itll either stay at 2k rpm or while completely stopped, itll drop from 2k to 1k very slowly.

This is my daily driver and Ive never heard of these things happening so I am completely clueless. Please help! Thankyou

 

Also the car has no check engine lights and Im using a p28 w/ conversion harness.
