Default Coasting rpm bounce, normal?

When coasting, the rpms slowly drop with the speed, but then right at 1.5k, they drop ~400, and go back to where they were. It's been doing that since I got the car 3 years go, and I always wondered what the tranny was doing. This happens in both 3rd and 4th gears (auto tranny). Recently I noticed that the rpms bounce; at 1.5k they drop ~400, go back up, drop another ~100, go back up. Then, at the end of the vid, the rpms jump up ~300. I know it didn't downshift, because I manually stuck it in 3rd after that and felt the downshift. Is this normal? It's got almost 75k on it now. The vid was taken with my foot off the gas.
