h2b.

You'll spend 1/3 the cost of a k swap.

If you budget your build on the $9,000 average that it takes to swap a Kseries That leaves you enough money left over to sleeve, get forged pistons, rods, upgraded valvetrain, and run 10lbs of boost and have enough money left for a set of gramlights.

And you'll eat any n/a k20 for breakfast with one eye closed and running on 3 cylinders.

A K-swap is expensive, but it can be done for MUCH less than $9k.

I second the H2B swap though. Cheap, fast and reliable.

Do you know anything?

I don't care who you are, there's no "aint no thang" to a K-swap.

If you're getting a good condition k20 for less than 4,000 you're buying a stolen motor.

I say do a b-series swap. I also have an Eg hatch with a b20b motor in it and it has enough torque to keep you satisfy.

Not usually.

Althogh 2600 isn't expensive, the ENGINE itself isn't the part that makes a K swap expensive. It's the thousand dollar ECU (K-pro or some ****) and that expensive *** manifold 'n such.

The engine's cheap, there's just like 5 thousand dollar parts .

I say go H22 Type S .

exactly, the extra **** you need to get it to run is what is expensive. especially to wire it up.
