IAT problem!!!!!!!
99-00 civic DX w/OBD1 B16 and a P30 ECU.NOW here's where it becomes the problem.i'm using the factory DX harness w/OBD1 jumper.the code is a 10 which is IAT because i'm running the OBD1 ECU.since the 99-00 DX motor does'nt have one,how the HELL do i bypass it or wire it up through the OBD1 jumper harness so the code goes away?????????????????????

It's right next to the breather hose for the valve cover.
Your DX has it...it's probably trapped behind ur intake manifold or some ****, it was tied to the lower rad hose.

might be the little 2 wire black plug that NObody puts back on there aftermarket intake systems.NEXT question is do i just wire color for color to the IAT on the B16 OBD1 motor or are the colors totally different.THANKS a bunch guys this INFO might just do the trick to get rid of the code 10!

Yes, it is, and when I installed my aftermarket intake I drilled the hole and installed it.
It's called "real job" vs "half ***."
There is no IAT on the OBD-I motor. You need to cut a hole in the intake a little over 1/2" big (ream it out a little after you drill it) and put the grommet in. Then plug the IAT into the grommet and plug the harness into the IAT, the code will go away - it's a soft code.
This isn't rocket science.
