rsx type s muffler on a civic?
hi guys,
i'm about to buy a 06 type s axle back
i'm going to install it on my 00 si
currently i have a greddy evo 2 ..
will the piping matter? will this even work?

yup! I had a muffler shop custom bolt my RS*R axle back onto my 2.5" exhaust pipes. Welding works wonders! Most likely, they'll chop the muffler like a universal muffler and then weld that on. By the way, it SOUNDS NICE! I've heard a friends.

It will be a tight fit. You probably would have better luck with an 06-07 si muffler.
That's what I'm getting, the muffler canister is a lot shorter and will leave room for swaybars.
Try it, I think the coupe has a longer bumper so you might be fine. Be sure to post pics in my oem muffler thread.
