getting ready to do the timing belt and water pump, question when I was buying the parts I notice another belt (#11) do I also need to change that belt as well?

 

that's the balancer shaft belt. i would change it while you're there along with the balancer shaft seals.

also if you are running autotensioner now is the time to convert to manual.

you can just pull that belt too I believe.
