$20 CRX seat!!!!

$20 CRX seat!!!!
So about a week and a half ago I strolled into a local wrecking yard wanting to go for my weekly cruise. I have never found anything useful here but I still hope for that one treasure.
I step outside of the crappy shop door and a red hatch catches my eye right away. This car hadn't even been checked into their inventory yet so I knew that no one had touched it. I peer inside to find a black interior must of which is trashed but ONE good CRX seat! Holy crap. They say they want 20 bucks for it. I am on the end of my lunch break with no tools and they won't hold it for me.
Next day I take my lunch at 10 in the morning just to get there before no one else. I yank it out along with the headrest from the other seat (the seat was messed up).
This IS the passengers seat but I swapped the seat pans and it all works good. Though the controls are on the inside. I don't care!!!
HERE is the seat...
$20 dollars!! I can't believe it!
Here is the girlfriend trying out the new seat (trip to the coast).
And here is the ride...
I put the extra CRX headrest on my stock seat on the passenger side for kicks.

TO EBAY I GO, only problem being is someones gonna get raped on shipping. Ive played hell trying to get a hundred for my mint set of hatchback seats. They are one of the cleanest pairs Ive seen.

This is post is showing that if you keep searching hard enough you can find a great deal!!!
I just need to get another one though.
I am also in the middle of swapping out a full interior. Brown for black!!! So the seats are a start.
And yes she is 18, and no you can't tap tap tap.

i could be mistaken but i think that is a civic seat and not a crx seat. still not a bad find i found the front and rear seats for my hatch from a local pik n crap also. for a total of 75 for all 4. and im happy.

That's what I thought. Cuz stock civic hatch has a different bolt pattern than the CRX.

that reminds me my friends evan bought a pair of mint 91 crx seats a few years ago and left em at his moms house.
about a month later she threw them out on junk day

Sorry about that.
To make sure if its an CRX or Civic Si seat. Is the 17mm bolt (mounting bolt for the seat pan) on the side of the seat stick through (from underneath) the edge of the seat or is it just lying on the side. If it stick through the seat cushion, its an Civic hatch seat.
