NOPI Denver 2007
I know most people done like drift, but I just thought i would share a few pics with you guys. I had a great time it was lotsa fun and definantley wanna go next year. I didnt take many pics i was mainly video taping...and most the cars in the show i didnt feel like taking pics of. Im no photographer but heres my pics.
11" wide rims with -20 offset runnin 40 series tires
11" -20 offset...
and the end for some of them...
He broke the custom offset Work wheel on the front driver side, i didnt get a pic, but broke a huge whole in it
i thought this was cool lol...
blown motor, had a huge whole through the block...very sad...
and of course hulk hogan he was kind of a dick but it was cool seeing him i guess...lol

Im suprised seeing the Hulks there. I thought for sure dodge was going to "Drop" his son. He thinks he can drift, but it just goes to show ya even with all there money he sucks!!!

Ya actually Mopar dropped his *** last year after D1. The new viper he drives is a yellow one, his dad bought it straight up and payed for everything, then they ended up picking up Polaroid as a sponsor so now he is trying to get back into it. But damn Nick is an *** hole, he wanted $5 to take a pic, and $10 for an autograph, and then he has the nerve to say "Drifting aint cheap, even for me lol." I was like bull ****...

Ya supposedly it was the worste of any pro drift series, there was 12 people that hit the wall. total of 6 i think that were so bad they DNF. I was happy to see Nick hit the wall with his Viper. lol
I talked to a few of the guys and they said it was because the track was right over the handicaped parking section and stupid handicap squares are real slick so a lot of em just ended up going straight and nailing the wall at 65+mph.

some how I'm not surprised. For some reason it seems like everyone seems to break something when they come to Co. 
Looked like it was fun though.
Did they have that off of Speer blvd? Those apartments seem very familure.

it also seems like alot of them are hitting the wall at the same spot on the track conspiracy!

Ya i dunno if you can see in my pics, but right where they have to initiate the drift there is a huge crack down the track that is fixed over with tar, most of the peeps that hit the wall lost control right on that crack. the people that didnt either initiated the drift early, or didnt get a good drift and initiated late. Also it was like 97 degrees so the tires went from hot, to cold under the bridge back to hot in the sun, it was killer

I dont understand why you would drift a clean car with custom wheels and so on..Just get a basic run of the mill 240 and throw it sideways...
