Converting DC to 99 DC4 bumper
are you talking about converting a 94-97 integra to a 98-01 front end?
If so you will need the bumper, bumper lights, headlights. all from a 98-01

The fenders are the same for all the '94+ Integras.

There were two shades of black used depending upon the model year -- either Flamenco Black Pearl or Nighthawk Black Pearl. The difference between the two will be quite obvious if they are placed next to each other.

Actually, there was a third black called Granada Black which I neglected to mention, and Edmunds states that your '94 DC4 was painted in that shade (you can double check by looking at the paint code on your door jamb). The '99 would be Flamenco Black, but either way, none of them are going to match properly with each other.
