Integra with a 2jzgte???
anything is possible with money. It would involve ALOT of custom fabrication and tons and tons of labor... your looking at a project that is going to cost 20k at the least... probably alot more...

The more unique the engine swap, the more it's going to cost.
Why not just go with B/H/K series swap? It's more realistic and practical.

You would have to find a way to fit an engine that big in there, after that you would have to completly redsign the rear end to make it RWD... but mostly its trying to fit in a huge straight 6 twin turbo motor into an engine bay made for a n/a 4cyl, not to mention the motors face oppisite directions.
i bet it would cost a lot more than 20k...
It's nopt easy.
If it was, dont you think a lot of people would be doing that?
Something as simple as a k series swap costs poeple 10k or so... Not saying its simple, but im comparison to a 2jz, its EASY.
You'd have to redesign the whole car.

This assumes you're paying someone else to do it for you. Check out the thread here somewhere about the guy who converted his DC2 into an H22-powered, mid-engined car. It looks almost factory-stock, it's so thorough. I'm pretty sure he didn't spend very much money on it, though. He did all the work (including tons of welding) himself.

okay, my bad...
about 7-8 k when you do it all yourself.
more than 10 if you get someone to do it all.. I just averaged it out.
I can gaurantee you that guy has quite a bit of money into that build. Materials arent cheap. Hes also an older gentlemen thats amazing at what he does. He's an engineer, so he knows what hes doing. The OP is an 18 year old, I seriously doubt that he can do everything himself. It's going to cost a **** ton. OP: I'm not insulting your intelligence, buy it takes a lot of experience to do something to this extent, and I dont think someone of your age can have that much experience... there arent many people that live that can do something to that magnitude.

Sooo i was wondering is it possible to hav a 2jz in an integra?</TD></TR></TABLE>
come on man, the S2000 already has the engine facing the right way with room for the drive shaft, and the rear differential, and most importantly it's already RWD.
The Integra is FWD with nothing going to the back except the exhaust pipe.

why hasn't anyone taken the complete drivetrain from the S2000 and put it in an integra? that'd be pretty cool. Maybe i should start eating ramen noodles so i could afford to try that out.

cause its not that simple.
youll have to completely redo the engine bay to get the engine to bolt up, and then all that other crap. theres a lot more modification then you would think.

See this thread on putting a 5.7L LS-1 V8 into a Prelude to get an idea of what it would take:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1645997
unfortunately the guy will not be finishing the project.

I am not stupid, i know that it takes a TON of work. I've just been following the other build threads going on on this site and can't believe that nobodies tried that yet.

It has been done, in both RWD and FWD configurations. It is neither easy, nor cheap.
