Like Tony said. Something in your oil. Only way to know for sure is to send out a sample for analysis. Could also be from detonation, excessive blow-by, etc.
you blew your head gasket and lost parts of your head, and your saying theres nothing in your motor? Those bearings say otherwise...
Ive run Kings bearings before; as many have also had great luck with them....

what ever blew in the head went right out. when u cranked it thats all u saw was the comp coming out the side of the radiator hose. aslo i know what the deal is thats a race motor & thats what happens when u push it with no water in the motor. just figured id see what peepz had 2 say. need something diff 2 talk about.
I recently took the rods/pistons out of my last bottom end and the #2 rod bearing had a groove dug into it down the bronze colored stuff. Not sure if Im explaining that right but it didnt look good!
Mine didnt have any pits in it and I was using OEM bearings.

That is not a trimetal bearing, it is a bimetal aluminum bearing. The missing 'chunks' are due to surface fatigue. If the bearing weren't so heavily wiped you would probably see some more surface cracks and things like that. The wiping across the bearing is bad news - either due to low quality oil (in too long, low film strength, whatever), or a loss of oil pressure.
The fatigue is due to wear. This is greatly accelerated by any wiping though. Use a trimetal bearing next time around. They generally have about 40% more strength and fatigue resistance than aluminum bearings.

Why does a posi trac in a hemi cuda work? It just does.
