Default speedometer trim

I'm replacing the gauge cluster and can't get the trim off. My patience is being tested. Supposably, to get this thing off you take out the two screws above the speedometer, the ones behind the defrost and cruise control and that's it. The area that's stuck is around the controls on the right. I also took off the temp and control *****. That's the part that's stuck. Is there another screw somewhere or does the middle console have to come out too. The car is a 94 ex. thanks

yeah, please search, i've done a write up on it and posted it a couple of places, there are two screws directly above where the clock/hazards/fogs are behind the black/console trim area, that's what's holding it in
