LS ALL MOTOR
Now I understand that people don't think you could pull out 210whp out of an ls motor. But if you were to bore it over or swap out the bottom end for a B20 how much horsepower do you think I could pull? By the way I know I could bore it to a 2.2 but how safe would it be without sleeves?
If you bore a b20's stock sleves you are asking for trouble. 210 all motor hp is pretty hard to reach with an LS motor. I'm sure it can be done but its going to cost alot of money.
Well thank you for the insite. I have been toying with turbo or all motor and I watched a couple of video's last night on my computer and well they inspired me to just stay with all motor. But thanks, also do you think I should just stick it out with the 1.8 but bore it to a 2.0 or I could stroke it.

Your probably going to need to do both, along with high compression pistons, crazy race cams, a hell of a tune, etc... then about $5k later you will probably reach your goal and have a 210whp 13 second car that is going to be a bitch to drive on the streets.... or you could rebuild the motor you have now boost it and have a 350whp low 12 second car for cheaper, it will be a good daily driver and be just as reliable as the all motor setup...
