Default solid cel and fuel pump doesnt prime

my car was starting fine for a while and i was trying to figure out a vacume leak. but last time i went to go start it i got a solid cel the ecu never flashes to show it gets power and the fuel pump doesnt prime

i thought it was just a main relay so i swaped it with 3 diffrant known working ones and its still the same issue.

i also tested my ignition switch in another car and it works fine

im sort of running out of ideas besides maybe some bad wiring in the dash but i havent touched it recently so i dont know what it could be.

i do know if i hit the main relay the cel turns off and the ecu will flash for a sec but i guess that is just like the switch in it making contact for a second.

does any one have wiring diagrams for the the main relay and where all the power goes to and comes from??

Have you checked fuse # 14 labeled alternator/solenoid valve?
{Under the dash second from the left on the top row...}

It supplies power to the main relay and fuel pump..

I once pushed my car about a mile because of that fuse..

Do you have all the grounds in place ? All of them in the engine bay ? Sounds like you have some electrical issues.

all grounds are good i tested each of them and re did the ground on the main relay still no luck

i figgure if i can fix the idle issue and just leave the jumper ill just use it like a cut off switch to make it a little harder to steal the car

plus im to lazy to dig through all these wires

Do you have the manual ( helms ) you need to pick one up if not. They will have step by step procedures on what to do for these types of problems. It sounds like you have some issues that no one will really be able to help, so your going to have to break out a multi meter and a helms and go to town

the setup is a b16a in a crx si with a tucked harness

looking at it being something in the tucked harness being the issue

and bob ive been going through with the multi metter for a couple days just hate crawling around and found this to be an easy half *** fixed
