LS - - - - > GSR in 92cx
Quick question - if I have an LS swap (B series) in my civic, can I just change the long block / ecu(?) over to GSR since the linkage / axles etc are all already B series?
yeah you can but you will have to run some wires for vtech....and you will have to run the vtech head!!!! Everything else should bolt right up............

in order for VTEC to work correctly then yes adding some additional wiring and a p72 computer to run the gsr motor would be necessary.
ok so just to sum up.
In order to switch from LS - - > GSR in my CX
All I would need is to wire up vtec and get a p72 computer.
Correct?

a civic CX does not have VTEC in its harness. the 92-95 CX's have the D15b8, SOHC NonVTEC
Only civic's that come with VTEC in thier harness are the Civic EX, SI, and the HX/VX models.
