can itr pistons fit with a itr head with stock ls rods in a ls block

i wanted to build a ls vtec with itr head and pistond but im not sure on ecerything i need

You will need to trim the LS rod down at the wrist pin but ITR pistons are not a problem. There is a ton of info on this throughout Honda Tech.
