Default FS: socal, fully built block/head dohc ZC 500hp, d-series turbo kit, gt3040r, Cusco LSD, PTE, 3" exh

Im converting my hatch into a full Honda Challenge race car - so no need for the turbo and motor anymore. All prices are OBO - but please dont low ball me, you know how much this stuff costs. Prices do not include shipping. Local socal (im in north san diego) pickup is welcome!

If you would like more pictures or more information about anything, please feel free to PM me or message me on AIM, my screen name is liam821. Oh and my email is liam@tiora.net and my cell phone available PM me.

jdm gen3 dohc ZC longblock $2500 (i really dont want to split it apart - buyer gets it all - the whole long block. The head along cost me more then $2000!! My lose is your gain)
oil pan to valve cover - you get it all
Golden Eagle sleeved 75mm std bore
Crower Billet Rods
Wiseco 9:1 turbo pistons
ARP head studs
JG Pro-series race head with large turbo port, 1mm oversized SS valves, TI retainers
JG 1001 race cams (currently installed in head)
Crower stage 3 custom spec turbo race cams (in box, 50 miles of use, swapped out for JG cams when i bought the head)
JG sheet metal intake manifold
JG cam gears
STR fuel rail
HKS 0.7mm metal headgasket plus an extra unused spare (i bought a spare because they are uber rare and hard to fine)
fully balanced and blueprinted motor
JUN 10pound flywheel (was balanced with motor)
ACT xtr6 clutch (new disc with only 50-100 miles maybe)
obd1 dohc ZC dizzy/alternator
8-10k miles on motor, oil changed every 1000 miles, perfect compression all the way across (almost all freeway miles, drove to colorado twice, utah, and Oregon)
engine made 386whp @ 22psi with my old setup and crappy turbo. 330whp on 91 octane pump gas. This is a 550whp setup with the right turbo setup (see turbo setup for sale below).

Yes all that above, $2500. I also have some other misc engine parts ill throw in - like i have a spare oil pan, spare cams, spare headgasket, misc gaskets, stuff like that.

http://liam821.com/pix/video/liam821-dyno-1-4-5.wmv <-- video of the motor on the dyno - my old turbo/turbo manifold/intake manifold setup (amazing sound!!! )

Hydro ZC tranny (ie S20 SI tranny, no grinds shifts smooth, 40mm input spline) $350
Cusco RS D-series 1way LSD $750 (40mm input spline size - AWESOME LSD!! Cusco part number LSD 117 F - SUPER SUPER RARE - see picture below)
Raxles equal length axles for 92-00 d-series with half shaft $300 (Has the larger 40mm input spline size)

Will sell tranny/axles as whole and give you a killer deal if you want it all. A great setup - zero torque steer. Will work with any 92-00 civic with a d-series.

AFI d-series manifold (also for sale see below) and my dohc ZC monster

Cusco LSD

d-series turbo kit for sale - custom built by me. Will part out or sell together. All parts are almost new - maybe 100 miles of use. If you want it all - let me know asap before i start selling stuff on it - ill make you a killer deal on everything.

AFI ramhorn turbo manifold, includes dump tube: $500

Garrett gt3040r aka gt3082r .63ar, 4" ported s-cover, gt40 compressor wheel, gt30r exhaust wheel, 4 bolt exhaust, T3 flanged, ballbearing turbo. Turbo has under 100 miles of use and is in almost new condition. Bought new for $1200 - $800

Semen Deka 880cc injectors $250

Cusco Comp S ITR coilovers (part # CUS-321-600-A), can be used on 92-95 civic with included LCA. Includes top hats, height adjustable, 9kg front 6kg rear (I think). $500

thanks,
liam

Yeah ill include the couplers and the connectors i used. They are the ones in the pictures above.

If your turbo is in the same general location - it should work just fine. You'll need a tial BOV - or you can buy mine. I made the piping myself for my turbo kit - so you might have to modify it a little bit to fit yours - but its a great start and cheap.

I'm guessing its going to be 50-80 to ship to the east coast yeah...

As for vouches i dont have a "vouch thread" but I have over 4200 posts here on honda-tech and have been a member for over 6 years. I've sold tons and tons of parts on here (do a search for posts started by me) and have never had any negative feedback.

thanks,
liam
