NEED HELP FAST restraints

hey i have a 1990 gs and the auto restraints do not work. the fuses are all good . the restraint switch seems to be in order. any ideas or anyone run into this? thanks

As long as the car was not in an accident, the restraint system should be covered by a lifetime warranty.
