The only difference directly on the head would be the VTEC solenoid. The JDM solenoid doesn't have a VTEC pressure switch on it like the USDM one. You can easily swap your USDM solenoid onto the JDM head and have it function like normal.

If you want to use the JDM solenoid with a USDM ECU, you'll simply have to bypass the VTEC pressure switch function in the ECU. To do this you have to jump one of the VTEC pressure switch pins to one of the VTEC solenoid pins. Do a search and it will come up (very simple). This is how my JDM motor is setup in my Civic with USDM ECU...

The only other differences will turn up on the manifold. I believe the vacuum ports might be different for the EVAP system. I've only worked on a JDM manifold, so I can't be sure...

The only other difference is the JDM motor is missing the crank-flux sensor on the oil-pump. This is on the block though, so I didn't bother saying anything about it. I'm pretty sure thats it. I'm confident because I installed my JDM B18C in my Civic and wired it according to the USDM shop manual. I did all the research and these are the only differences that came up...
