i searched , so dont bite my head off, i have a 95 with 144*** on the clock, when its at idel its ok but when the clutch is ingauged and dis-ingauged it makes a winding/grinding noise. My friend had this happen on his del sol and it ended up being his trans. so shuold i just replace the clutch and go from there or just waitr to see if it gets worse and then take action..

yes its ur t-out bearing, but u should do a whole clutch job as well....try lookin up gripforce on ebay, i highly recommend them...fast shipping and very good prices.
they also have nice flywheel/clutch kit setups as well.--i bought the exedy flywheel/clutch kit setup they had....
