shitload of newyorkers!
I'm very confused.
Either way...there are no shops that are "lick and stick"?
I've had SEVERAL cars pass inspection at shops that only check lights, horns, and wipers. Not even put on a lift.
Ask around, there's gotta be one somewhere near.

but just find a shop that DOES NOT lift the car up bc if im reading corectly you cant lift it up
but if you cant lift you will fail inspection bc they cant check what there suppost to
but if you find a place that only looks under the hood and puts the car on the DYNO then you should be fine unless it wont pass emissions!

just go to one of those quick lube places, they just look from the bottom from their hole they work in. they usually dont jack it up. Also go when its raining out, they really dont like to get wet and the water can hide any leaks underneath you have because everything looks wet
