Default Major brake and control arm assembly question

I own a Honda Civic 2001 EX (unmodified)

Recently I went to go remove the front left tire of the car and in the process of removing the nuts, I ended up sheering 3 out of 4 bolts off with the nuts still attached.

I removed the tire and found the previous servicer (Big O Tires) made the mistake of crossthreading the bolts.

Thats besides the point now.

In an attempt to replace the bolts I ran into a problem with removing the plate the bolts have to run through to attach to the tires.

After discussion with a mechanic he suggested that I might have to have the bearing pressed out of the assembly.

This wouldnt be a problem except for the fact that I cant remove the assembly because of the bolt on the lower part of the assembly attached to a ball and socket connection to the plate and brake assembly cant be removed by any amount of force.

I really need help and advice to remove this piece of the assembly.

You'll need a Ball joint / Tie rod end puller.
