OBD0 TO OBD1 Question

Where do you run the two wires for the check engine on the obd0 to obd1 jumper harness? Where do i have to splice them into?

D4 (OBD1) = ground when you want to check the codes.

MIL - B6 (Pre-OBD/OBD0) to A13 (OBD1)
