how do you take off the valve cover??

you really only need a new one if your old one is leaking. Just clean it good and then reapply liquid gasket on the square sections of the gasket (around the cams). Then make sure you don't over tighten the cover nuts cause they can break and turn into crap. Usually 10 foot lbs is good

oh booooo everyonwe starts somewhere. here ya go dude:
<U>remove</U>
label and unplug spark wires (from head not distributor)
unscrew the nuts
it should pull right up afer that
<U>install</U>
clean off the edges
replace spark wires as labled
tighten nuts
