Does zex make only one product? I thought you were talking about a cam but I guess you're talking about nitrous?

Very interesting... I've never even thought of running zex w/ an auto tranny. I have the dry kit on my car but just run a safe 55 shot just because.

. . . until you're searching for another transmission to replace the one you destroyed.

Depends on how large of shot you run.

But who is going to run a 10-shot?

Most Honda automatics can barely handle the stock amount of torque being run through them. Abusive driving, which is a pretty safe bet with anyone wanting to run nitrous, only makes it worse. I'd bet that the ATF hasn't been regularly changed in the past 12 years either.

If the OP is insistent on running nitrous with an automatic transmission, I would highly recommend running a quality aftermarket trans fluid cooler in place of the OE radiator pass-through setup.

True no matter what shot is ran it will make the drive train fail sooner. Might not be the first time it gets the juice. But, yes it will fail eventaully.

I figured no more than a 50 shot would be "safe" to run, but I could be wrong. I bet the motor isnt in great shape either...

You're too trusting.

If they're dumb enough to say that, I'd get it in writing if I were you. You may need to use it to your advantage somewhere down the line.
