Default Front Bumper

We bought our Fit in a state (we're in the US) that requires license plates on both the front and rear bumpers of the car, however we're moving to one that only requires rear plates. We would like to remove the plate bracket on the front, and were wondering a good solution for the holes in the bumper. Are there plugs for that? Anything nice to put in their place?

You shouldn't have holes in your bumper in the first place. Ask your dealership about that.

How is the front license plate bracket held onto the bumper?

There's supposed to be a bracket that bolts on underneath where your holes were probably drilled

there are many people here in cali who had their bumpers drilled through in the front to mount the license plate bracket (I was one of the lucky ones that this didn't happen to). Many of them have used the little caps, I believe they for s2k's, to fill in hole's in their bumpers. You may want to talk to JDMchris about this "Mod" cause I know for a fact the he has done this.

the bracket is actually held underneath at the bumper opening. the bracket then does an L shaped and sits in front of the painted bumper. If you were 2 remove the bolts from under, u wouldn't see any holes (if the dealer didn't drill holes which there not supposed to so if u have a hole, go and fight it and get a new bumper)

We brought our car in for the accessories to be installed today. I asked them to take care of the front bumper, so if there are holes, I am going to raise hell.
