Car idles high after cleaning throttle, help?

Car idles high after cleaning throttle, help?
i used the throttle cleaner sprayed like the instructions said and then cleaned of residue fully. But know the car idles at around 2k. It runs like crap, at the highway it doesnt pull as it did before. any help? wats wrong?

The cleaner may have exposed a leak, if nothing else was disturbed you may need to look at adjusting base idle. Clean the idle valve before you do that.
