Ok my friend has a jdm f22b dual cam in a 94 accord Lx and one of his friends thought it was funny to take off the spark plug wire closest to the drive side... anyway he came out and started it with the wire off and and realized it wasnt running right and revd it pretty hard to see if it cleared up obviously it didnt so he turned it off and checked it put the wire back on the way it supposed to be and now it will not start it just turns over... any help would be greatly apperciated!!

 

the car is probably flooded because all that gas was pouring into the 1 cylinder and has either got full of gas, or fouled the plug. Take the plugs out, dry the tips with a lighter to burn off all the gas/oil apply a few squirts of ATF into the cylinders to re-lube them and put the plugs back in. When it starts again, its gonna puff alot of white smoke till all the trans fluid burns off, but then it should be good to go.
