What is the purpose of the Cubby Hole located under the mirror control switch on the US Version (left side lower dash)?

I didn't see any factory options that might be installed there?

 

Put your change in it... or whatever else you want. The dumbest thing on the Fit dash is the little spot above the glove box. What am I supposed to put there? A Pen?

 

i said the same thing about my gf's. they should have done a pop-up box like the Yaris has.

 

and it would've been nice to have a covered compartment other than the glove box...

 

I usually keep that stuff in the glovebox

I keep a clicker that lets me into the gate at work there and also loose cigs

 

My wife leaves her glasses in that little cubby

 

makes a great cell phone holder for me. And considering that I don't like to talk while driving, I don't worry about not hearing it.

 

I put my smokes in there.
