Default aftermarket shocks for fit?

anybody know if any companies make aftermarket shocks for the fit? i was hoping koni came out with something, but i haven't seen anything on their site or vendor's sites yet.

i was also wondering about the t1r coilovers. anybody use them? auto x or try them out at the track? i was thinking about running 400-500lb springs with w/e i end up getting.

TIA

i just installed the t1r coilovers on my fit. they work great. they come with 6k/6k spring rates (~340lbs/in).
i also have the rear bar from progress. i have yet to get an alignment so i'm sure the car will handle much better once that is done, but as it is the car feels great.
very neutral on corner entry, lift mid corner and you can get some nice rotation that is easily brought back into check with more throttle input.
for a daily driver that might go to the track on occasion, i'd suggest them. ride quality isnt too bad and the car is very predictable.

i was thinking about getting them, but they're so expensive. and i was also wondering how having the same spring rate on the front and back works? whats the theory or physics behind it? you have any pix of your set up?

Ahh, yes. The unanswered question that makes it easy to not consider a Honda Fit.

let me know how your install goes. i've been having problems with the suspension creaking since i got them. thought i had it fixed after i greased them up like AJ racing said, but today it came back. shock body loosened itself from the lower mount which cause the endlink to dig into the tire. wasnt too fun.
