Me and the wifey just got this car a couple months back from a private owner. Well just this past weekend we went out to run some errands in the morning. So were coming home and just taking off from the light im going about 35 mph and all of the sudden the rpm's go up and nuttn else happening. I thought it was the oil so i put sum in and take it slow and its going good for a couple of blocks. Pull'd up to the light and take off it gets up to 10mph and just quits. So i tow it home and havent touched it since. But i drive it around the block atleast 2 times and it works fine until it gets hot then its starts to slip. Im thinking its the torque converter or the tranny. What do yall think it might be??
