i have 91 ef hatch with d16z6 in it...
the car was running fine untill started to have a 3rd gear grind...so i droped the trans
i bought another 91 si trans and bought a competion six puck clutch for a d16z6...
once i put the clutch on and bolted the trans up....my clutch fork has 100% play...i can lift it all the way up to the top...its not hard at all it has complete play.....so once i connect my clutch cable and try to drive the car the clutch pedal goes to the floor and it dont disengage my clutch so i cant get into gear?
what do i do???
d16z6 with a 91 si trans....competetion stage 4 6 puck clutch...help??????
throwout bearing?
if i buy a new throwout bearing what do i order it for 1991 honda civic si transmission?
where can i get one?

is it throwout bearing or the springs on the clutch fork near the throwout bearing

This should be easy to figure out. you are not going to fix it w/o taking the tranny off again. I would start by making sure you put the clutch disc in correctly ( it only goes one way) and that the throw out bearing is moving freely.
